Global platform connecting international travellers to local medical professionals joins Hepstar’s ancillary network
Hepstar, an API-based technology company that distributes multiple travel ancillary products and performs revenue optimisation through its platform for its travel partners, announced its partnership with Air Doctor.
Air Doctor conveniently connects travellers to local doctors around the world using its multi-lingual, location-based App. The service enables users to access a network of over 20,000 carefully approved doctors across 75 countries for qualified medical care. Travellers can easily book clinic and home visits or phone and video consultations 24/7 with trusted doctors, wherever they are. The Air Doctor App is translated to 7 different languages and the video consultation is available in 21 languages.
The Air Doctor offering addresses a void by providing accessible and discounted outpatient consultation and treatment opposed to emergency, inpatient coverage synonymous with most travel medical insurance offerings. Hepstar’s partnership with Air Doctor will bring the latter’s innovative offering to the travel booking process to streamline travellers’ subscription to the service where and when it’s most in demand.
